How to Reset Your TriZetto SFTP Password on the TriZetto Website

  • Log into your TriZetto Provider Solutions website and click on LOGIN 
  • Then click on GATEWAY EDI 
  • Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner
  • From the MY ACCOUNT OVERVIEW list, you will select MANAGE SFTP PASSWORD (located under the MANAGE PRODUCTS header)
  • Follow the instructions to reset your SFTP password based on the new requirements.
    • Once your password is reset, the change goes into effect immediately.
