How to Reset Your TriZetto SFTP Password on the TriZetto Website
Log into your TriZetto Provider Solutions website and click on LOGIN
Then click on GATEWAY EDI
Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner
From the MY ACCOUNT OVERVIEW list, you will select MANAGE SFTP PASSWORD (located under the MANAGE PRODUCTS header)
Follow the instructions to reset your SFTP password based on the new requirements.
Once your password is reset, the change goes into effect immediately.
