Resetting My TriZetto SFTP Password
Follow the steps below to reset your TriZetto SFTP password.
Once you have updated your SFTP Password with TriZetto you will need to update the password in EZClaim Billing in order to submit claims, receive EDI reports, use action edits, or check eligibility.
- Log into your TriZetto Provider Solutions website and click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner.
- From the MY ACCOUNT OVERVIEW list, you will select MANAGE SFTP PASSWORD (located under the MANAGE PRODUCTS header).
IMPORTANT: Once your password is reset, the change is effective immediately.
