Waystar ERA Reprocessing
Missing an ERA from Waystar? Follow the instructions below to reprocess ERAs to get them into EZClaim.
If you have not received an ERA file but it is accessible on Waystar's site, you have the option to re-queue them for download. Waystar refers to this process as "reprocessing".
1. Log into Waystar
Once logged into Waystar, navigate to Claims Processing → Remits → Payments
2. Select the payment(s) you wish to re-queue
Select the desired payment(s) by checking the box next to them for re-queueing
3. Re-Queue the Payments
Click on the More button → Select Reprocess. This will build the payment(s) into a new 835 file that will go to your SFTP for processing in EZClaim.
