WAYSTAR EDI Connection Library Setup

Follow the instructions to complete your WAYSTAR EDI Connection setup

To begin, navigate to the top ribbon bar and select 'Libraries'. Once there, click on 'EDI Connection'

• On the top line of your new entry, provide a descriptive Name (we suggest WAYSTAR) and select 'Secure File Transfer' as the 'Type'

• Enter the following information into the setup fields
  • User Login - WAYSTAR assigned ID
  • User Password - WAYSTAR assigned password
  • Host Name - sshftp.waystar.com
  • Port - 22
  • Upload Directory - upload
  • Download Directory - download
  • Automatically Name and Save Uploaded Files - check this box
  • File Extension for Automatically Named Files: CLP for 837P (Professional), CLI for 837I (Institutional)
  • Click Save & Close
