Delete Tasks
How to Delete Tasks in EZClaim
To delete a task, double-click to open the task and click the Delete button.
The user must have permission to delete a Task.
The following rules are used to determine if a task can be deleted:
- If you have ADMIN-level permissions, you can delete any task at any time
- If you created the task, you can delete the task
- If the task was created by USER, anyone can delete the task
- When opening the program without security enabled, you will be able to delete tasks created by other users.
- If you are logged in as USER, you can delete any task.
- This situation can only happen in the following scenario:
- security was enabled
- a specific user logged in and created the task
- Security was then disabled
- This situation can only happen in the following scenario:
Note: Only Admin level users can disable security
