Delete Tasks

How to Delete Tasks in EZClaim

To delete a task, double-click to open the task and click the Delete button. 

The user must have permission to delete a Task. 

The following rules are used to determine if a task can be deleted:

  • If you have ADMIN-level permissions, you can delete any task at any time
  • If you created the task, you can delete the task
  • If the task was created by USER, anyone can delete the task
    • When opening the program without security enabled, you will be able to delete tasks created by other users
  • If you are logged in as USER, you can delete any task. 
    • This situation can only happen in the following scenario:
      • security was enabled
      • a specific user logged in and created the task
      • Security was then disabled
Note: Only Admin level users can disable security
