Statement with QR Code

The following steps will show you how to download the Statement with QR Code to use in conjunction with EZClaimPay

Follow the instructions here to access the Download Reports screen. 

• On the Download Reports screen, you can find the Statement with QR Code report. 
• Simply check the box next to the report name and click the Download Checked Reports button
  

After you have completed the download process, you can go to the Statement Screen and begin using the statement(s) you just added

• From the Statement Screen, locate the Statement Format drop-down arrow on the upper right-hand side of the screen
• Select the Statement with QR Code option

Upon receipt of the statement, patients may utilize their mobile devices to scan the QR code and access your payment portal
