Sending Individual SMS or Email Payment Requests

Follow these simple steps to be able to easily send your patients a payment request.

  • Select the patient from the Quick View Pane on the Home screen
  • Right-click on the patient's name and hover over the EZClaimPay option
  • Select either Send SMS Payment Request or Send Email Payment Request

  • Once you have selected which payment request method you want to use, you will be prompted to enter the amount you would like to collect. 

Note: The amount entered in the Patient Payment Request Amount pop-up box will be the amount the patient sees when they are on the payment portal 

Reminder: In order to send SMS or Text requests, the consent box in the Patient Record  (Other Patient Information Section) must be checked
