How to print a Patient Receipt directly from EZClaim

A convenient feature enables the printing of receipts directly from the payment entry screen, specifically for patient payments.

To activate this feature, start by accessing the Support tab and then selecting Download Reports as shown:

Next, enable the Patient Receipt report in Program Setup as follows:

The Patient Receipt button will be visible on the Enter Payment screen. However, it will remain inactive until the Payment Source is set to Patient and the Patient name is selected.

Click the arrow next to the Print Receipt button for additional printing options.
