How do I automatically generate account numbers?
To activate auto account numbers, navigate to the Tools tab, go to Program Setup, and check the Automatic Account Numbers checkbox.
How do I handle self-pay patients?
If a patient does not have insurance, you can simply leave the insurance area blank on the patient record.
Once a claim is created, EZClaim will automatically designate the claim as the patient's responsibility. From there, you can easily generate statements based on the claim data.
