Getting to Know Your Home Screen

The Home Screen serves as the primary interface that will greet you upon logging into EZClaim Billing.

To return to the Home Screen View, simply click on the Home button.

Select any of the Quick Access buttons to efficiently access data or perform common tasks.

Widgets

Widgets are a personalized compilation of information designed to provide convenient access. Refer to the Widget Library for instructions on how to set up and utilize Widgets. These Widgets are created at the Company File-level, guaranteeing availability to all users.

Quick Access Tabs

Use the following tabs for quick access to PatientClaimsReports, and Tasks.

  • Patients Tab

    The 'Patients' tab is mainly utilized to locate and oversee active patients within the system. Its features include the capability to filter lists, swiftly access the claim screen, personalize columns, and gain access to more comprehensive patient information.

    When you choose a patient from the list, you will have access to detailed information in the 'Details' area below.

  • If you need to locate both active and inactive patients, you can find them in the Find Patient Grid.

    • To add additional columns, simply right-click on any heading and select 'Column Chooser'. Then, drag and drop the desired selection to the column headings area.
    • To quickly find patients, enter their name in the filter field.
      • To clear the filter field, click on the 'x' button.
    • To open a new claim screen, click on the button next to the patient's name. You can refer to the 'Column Chooser' for more information.
    • To remove columns, simply drag the column header outside the search pane area.
    • To sort information, such as Classification, drag and drop the column header into the 'group by that column' area. To return the column header, just drag and drop it back to the column headings.

  • Claims Tab

    Click on the ‘Claims’ tab for a list of active patient claims.

The Claims Tab offers the same sorting and column features as the Patients Tab, allowing for efficient organization and customization of patient claim information.

  • Reports Tab

    For quick access to Reports, simply click on the ‘Reports’ tab. Here, you can find a variety of Reports that can be sorted using the same column sorting options available in the other tabs.

  • Tasks Tab

    To conveniently access tasks that have been previously set up, simply select the 'Tasks' tab. You can also sort these tasks using the same column sorting options available in
    the other tabs.
