      Merchant Track

      Merchant Track is a merchant portal where EZClaim users (merchants) can view transactions, run reports on transactions and mange/activate their terminal devices

      • To gain access to Merchant Track, navigate to the Tools tab and select the Merchant Track icon on the ribbon bar.

      Note: This process requires the ADMIN password


      Merchant Track offers a variety of valuable reports that can assist in streamlining and examining transactions for reconciliation and review purposes.
