Make Patient Inactive and Reactivate
How to make a patient Inactive in EZClaim, or how to Reactivate an Inactive patient
To deactivate a Patient record from the Patient list, simply uncheck the Active checkbox.
To reactivate the patient, navigate to the Home tab and click on Find. Then, select Find Patient from the drop-down menu. Open the patient record and check the Active checkbox.
Note: The user must have the necessary permissions to edit patient records. User permissions can be set under Manage Security Settings in the Tools Ribbon bar.
