Main Screen
The main screen of the EZClaim Scheduler features a user-friendly interface that is easy to learn and use. After setting up the basic Resources (Persons, Places, or Things), users can effortlessly drag and drop appointments to any desired date and time.
Appointment Items
Each appointment is made up of the following items:
- Heading – Patient Name
- Subheading
- Notes
- Background color
- Border color
Navigation Tools
- Title Bar
- Menu Bar
- Ribbon Bar
- Side Bar
- Current Time Indicator
Side Tool Bar
The Side Bar, located below the Menu System, is a convenient toolbar that enables you to efficiently configure your scheduling options. With the side tool bar, you have the ability to manage Profiles, Calendar View, Dates, Resources, Templates, and Patients.
Patient Information Section
In the Patient Information section, you will find three tabs that offer easy access to Patient, Insurance, and Appointment information for the selected patient. Simply click on the tabs to display the desired information. To open the full patient information screen, double-click on the patient icon.
