EZClaim Cloud Access for Mac

Follow the steps outlined below to set up the Microsoft Remote Desktop client on your Macto access your EZClaim Cloud application.

1. Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDA) to access the Azure Virtual Desktop from the Mac App Store by Clicking this link.
2. Click the button to install the app. (Screen shot below shows Cloud as it was already downloaded.)
   
   
   
   
3. Once the app launches, Click on 'Workspaces' at the top of the window. Then click Add Workspace.
   
   
   
   
4. Add the 'Azure Virtual Desktop' link in the text box.

5. Next, you will be prompted to sign in.  Enter your EZClaim user name (e.g., ezclaimuser@ezclaimcloud.com) and password provided via email by EZClaim. 
   
   
   
   
6. Once it accepts your username and password the main screen should load showing the EZClaim Billing and EZClaim Scheduling (if applicable). Click on the program icon to launch.
   
   
   
   
7. After clicking on the program icon you will be prompted once more for your username and password.  Once you've entered here your EZClaim program will open.
