Set up a Patient Record to Receive SMS
To ensure proper setup of a patient record to receive SMS, it is necessary to enter the phone number in either the Primary Phone or Cell Phone fields. Starting from release 669, the Cell Phone field will take precedence over the Primary Phone field.
