EZClaimPay Receipt

How to generate an EZClaimPay Receipt and set it as your Default Receipt type

There is an optional EZClaimPay Receipt report available.

To begin, you will need to download the report.

Download the Report

  • Go to the Support Tab above the ribbon bar
  • Click on the Download Reports icon in the ribbon bar
  • Find the report titled "EZClaimPay Receipt" and check the box to the left of the title
  • Click Download Checked Reports

Set it as the Default Receipt

  1. Go to the Tools tab
  2. Click on the Program Setup icon in the ribbon bar
  3. Under Options, select Payment
  4. Use the drop-down arrow to select EZClaimPay Receipt in the Receipt Report field
  5. Click Save & Close

This will allow you to print the EZClaimPay Receipt when you run your patients' card. 

If you need to reprint a receipt you may do so from the Reports List.
