      EZClaim Cloud Remote Desktop Setup Instructions for Chromebook

      Note: EZClaim only fully supports customers that use Windows and Mac operating systems.  EZClaim has limited support for customers using Chromebooks.  

      • Download Remote Desktop in the Google Play Store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.rdc.androidx&hl=en_US&gl=US
      • Pin the Remote Desktop icon to your taskbar on your Chromebook
      • Open up the Remote Desktop app
      • click on the + sign in the upper right-hand corner
      • Click Add Workspace
      • Enter https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/arm/feeddiscovery as the URL
      • Click Next
      • Sign in with your @ezclaimcloud.com login and password

      You can now open your EZClaim application
