EZClaim Cloud Remote Desktop Mobile Setup instructions for iOS

Note: EZClaim only fully supports customers that use Windows and Mac operating systems. EZClaim has limited support for customers using iOS devices.

Installation Instructions

Download Remote Desktop Mobile from the iOS App Store
Click this link
- This link is a redirect link take takes you to the App Store to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop client, found on this page
- Launch the app after it finishes downloading.
Add Workspace
- Once the app launches, you should see this screen.
- Tap ‘Workspaces’ at the bottom, then the ‘+’ button at the upper right.
- Tap 'Add Workspace'.
- You'll want to populate the 'Azure Virtual Desktop' link in the textbox.

Sign in
- Enter your username (e.g., ezclaimuser@ezclaimcloud.com) and password you use to log on to your work computer on the following screen. (Click next)
- Tap the ‘Sign in’ button.
Launch
- After it finishes loading, you should be brought back to the main screen with your EZClaim icon(s) available.
- Tap one to launch.
