EZClaim cloud error "The remote computer could not be found. Please contact your helpdesk about this error" fix

Symptom: When you attempt to subscribe to your EZClaim cloud account on Azure, you receive the error message: “The remote computer could not be found.  Please contact your helpdesk about this error”.
 
Solution: This error typically means that when you are subscribing, you attempted to sign in with your personal or work email.  

Instead, you will want to select Use another account and log in with your @ezclaimcloud.com login and password.
