      Exporting files to local computer on Azure (Mac)

      Please follow the steps below to export to your local Mac computer from Premier.

      Enabling Folder Redirection

      • Click 'Microsoft Remote Desktop' at the upper-left of your Mac
      • Click 'Preferences...'
      • Click the drop-down that says 'Nothing' at the bottom of the 'Preferences...' window
      • Specify the directory you would like EZClaim to have access to
        • This can be a specific folder, or an entire base folder (e.g. Documents)
      • Close the 'Preferences...' window
      • If EZClaim was open, close and re-open

      Exporting to Mac

      • Click the 'Export' button in EZClaim on any report, claim, or statement (more information here)
      • Double-click 'This PC'
        • Your redirected folder location should appear within 'This PC'
      • Double-click on your redirected folder location
      • Rename the file as necessary
      • Click the 'Save' button

      Your exported file will now be present in your redirected local Mac folder.
