      Exporting files to local computer on Azure (Chromebook)

      Note: EZClaim only fully supports customers that use Windows and Mac operating systems.  EZClaim has limited support for customers using Chromebooks.  


      These steps will be the same whether you’re exporting claim files, reports, or Find Grids.

      • Click on This PC
      • Click on Local Storage on <computer name>
      • Click on Download
      • Either rename the document and click Save
        • or
        • Go straight to click Save if you do not wish to rename the file
      • To locate the document, locate your Files icon on your Chromebook (you may need to search for it)
        • Click Files
        • Click Downloads

      The document you exported should be at the top of the list
