This error message indicates that the login you are trying to subscribe to does not exist in your company's tenant, which is most likely the name of your company. Consequently, when attempting to subscribe, it is trying to subscribe the @ezclaimcloud login within your company's tenant.

Solution: 

  • Use 'Subscribe with URL' instead of subscribe:
