EZClaimPay - Enabling SMS and Email Messaging
How to enable SMS and Email Messaging for EZClaimPay
Enabling text and email messaging will allow you to send text and email payment requests to your patients.- Double-click on a patient's name from the quick view pane
- Enter a valid mobile number in the 'Primary Phone #' field
- Enter a valid email address in the 'Primary Email' field
- Check the box that the 'Patient has agreed to Receive EZClaimPay communication via SMS and Email'
Note: The consent box cannot be updated in bulk and must be selected on each individual patient record.
