Document Linking Overview
General information about linking documents in EZClaim
Users have the option to link any type of document or scan an image directly into the base directory by right-clicking in the document area and selecting scan.
Please keep in mind that documents are not stored within the company database. Instead, they are securely stored in a centralized network location that is established by your IT department.
The EZClaim program simply saves links to these documents on your server.
Warning: It is important to note that backing up the EZClaim Company file does not include the folder where documents are stored.
To ensure the safety of your documents, please remember to backup the documents folder using your regular backup procedures.
