      Deleting Patients

      IMPORTANT: Patients cannot be deleted from the Scheduler if the patient has claims in the EZClaim medical billing software.

      • Click the ‘Edit Patient’ icon to open the patient record screen
      • Click the Delete button
      • Click ‘Yes’ when asked ‘Are you sure you want to delete this patient?’
