Save a Credit Card on File

Users now have the option to save credit card information to a specific patient

There are several ways to save credit card information, whether or not a new payment is being made. Take a look at the options below and choose the most convenient access method for your workflow!

From the Quick Access Pane, Find Patient Grid or Appointments Grid

• Right-click on the patient's name
• Hover over EZClaimPay and select Save Credit Card on File

From the New Payment by EZClaimPay Screen

1. Enter your EZClaimPay payment as usual
2. On the New Payment screen, either scan through your terminal or manually enter the credit card information
3. Before you click Charge, check the Save card information on file checkbox
4. Process your payment as usual
