Save a Credit Card on File
Users now have the option to save credit card information to a specific patient
There are several ways to save credit card information, whether or not a new payment is being made. Take a look at the options below and choose the most convenient access method for your workflow!
From the Quick Access Pane, Find Patient Grid or Appointments Grid
- Right-click on the patient's name
- Hover over EZClaimPay and select Save Credit Card on File
From the New Payment by EZClaimPay Screen
- Enter your EZClaimPay payment as usual
- On the New Payment screen, either scan through your terminal or manually enter the credit card information
- Before you click Charge, check the Save card information on file checkbox
- Process your payment as usual
