Document Linking Configuration

Set up your document path in order to link documents to EZClaim

Note for Cloud Users: Please contact EZClaim to create your Documents folder on the cloud servers.

Before using document linking, the option needs to be turned on and configured.  

  • Navigate to Program Setup in EZClaim by clicking on the Program Setup button in the Ribbon bar

Show Document Links – Turns on the document link feature.

Base Document Link PathConfigure this setting to specify the location for storing linked documents. 

Note: Keep in mind that this setting is specific to each user and machine, as different computers may have different UNC paths or shared drives leading to the same location.

  • Once configured, a Documents tab will appear in the search pane
