Edit an Existing Claim
From the Patients tab, click the patient's name in the grid, select the Claims tab in the lower grid, and then double-click the claim to open.
You can also double-click the claim from the Find Claim window.
Editing Claim Insured Information
- Click on the button on the Claim screen to access the Insured's information.
- A pop-up will appear titled Insurance for this Claim. Edit the insured's information and click the Save button.
Edit All Claims for a Patient
To modify insured information for multiple claims pertaining to a particular patient:
- Navigate to the Patient Information screen by double-clicking on a patient name on the left of your screen
- From there, update the insurance details
- Click on Update Claims
