      Managing Cards on File

      Saving a card on file is great, but it's just the beginning of the easy solutions that EZClaimPay offers for collecting your patient payments!  Read on for more information on managing patient cards on file.

      Multiple Cards on File

      EZClaimPay allows you to conveniently store multiple cards in a single patient account. These cards can be easily accessed by simply clicking on the dropdown menu.

      Note: Once card information is saved on file, it cannot be edited; however, it can be deleted if needed.

      Deleting Card Information on File

      To access the Credit Cards on File window

      • Click on the ellipses from the New Payment by EZClaimPay popup window.
      • Put a checkmark in the box next to the card you want to delete.
      • Click on the Delete Checked button located on the right-hand side. 

      This action will remove the selected Cards from the patient's file.
