Patient Opt-Out of SMS
This article covers how a Patient can opt-out (or back in) to SMS messages
To opt OUT on SMS messages the patient should reply with one of the following words. These are not case sensitive.
- STOP
- STOPALL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
If a patient has already opted out and decides that they would like to opt back IN, they can reply with one of the following words. These are not case sensitive.
- START
- YES
- UNSTOP
