How to send a statement batch via TriZetto

Sending multiple statements at once through EZClaim using the TriZetto Add-On service is a simple process.

Access the Statements Screen

From the Home tab:

• Click the Patient Statements button located in the Quick Access tree 

or

• Click the Statement button located in the top ribbon bar 

To Send a Batch of Statements

• Set the Statement Format to TriZetto

• Click the Check All button or check individual patients for which statements should be generated.

• Click the Send button.

You will receive a confirmation pop-up that the file was uploaded successfully
