BillFlash Payment Integration
This article guides you through the setup process for BillFlash Payment in EZClaim
Setup
To begin accepting payments with BillFlash's OfficePay or importing ePays, configuring the EZClaim Add-On is required.
Before You Get Started
- In order to make use of BillFlash OfficePay and/or BillFlash ePay, it is necessary to have a BillFlash account. Please contact BillFlash to create your account.
Important: Make sure that you have EZClaim Billing version 8.0.689 or a more recent version installed
Activating the BillFlash Payment Features in EZClaim
- Open the Add-On Services window (Libraries icon > Add-On Services)
Note: This process requires the ADMIN password
- Select ‘Electronic Statements by BillFlash’
- Input the following information
- The activation code provided by EZClaim
- Username and password provided by BillFlash
- Select the additional options according to your preferences
Warning: The Upload Timeout setting should only be modified when directed by an EZClaim representative
- Depending on the payment services you signed up for, check the OfficePay and/or ePay boxes
