Denied or Rejected Claim Tasks

When using ANSI 835 ERAs, manage denied or rejected claims by generating tasks through the Adjustment grid.

When using ANSI 835 ERAs, it is common to come across denied or rejected claims within the 835 that need to be fixed and resubmitted. You can easily handle this by creating tasks through the Adjustment grid.

• Right-click the adjustment row and select Create Tasks Linked to Claims.

• Provide a brief description, assign it to a specific user, and even set a reminder popup if needed.
